Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience high volumes of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

How do I install the Lux Led lights?
The Lux LEDs come with 3M VHB double sided tape for attachment. It is suggested you clean the attachment surface to remove contaminates before application of the tape to promote good adhesion.
Alternatively, there is screw holes at both ends of the lights for fixing.
Are they really waterproof?
Ingress Protection rating (or just IP rating), is an international standard used to rate the degree of protection or sealing effectiveness in electrical enclosures against intrusion of objects, water, dust or accidental contact. The ratings widely accepted as waterproof for most general purposes are IP65, IP66 and IP67. The LumenLuxe LEDs have an IP67 waterproof rating meaning they will withstand any conditions you face on your next camping or 4wd adventure.
Do I need a fuse?
The high output 5050 SMD LEDs draw less than 1Amp at 12v with both white and amber LEDs illuminated.
You should always us an appropriate fuse for the wiring size used and not for the appliance. If you are unsure please use a qualified Auto Electrician.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes we offer a 5 year Warranty
Our warranty applies to manufacturing or design defects only.
The warranty does not apply when:
• The item has been subject to misuse, alterations, neglect, negligence, damage, theft or accident.
• The item has not been installed in accordance with the instructions.
• If the item was not installed in line with the vehicle or equipment manufacturer's recommendations.
• Product has been used with power supplies outside of the minimum & maximum voltage range and type.
• If evidence is found of unauthorised repair, disassembly, or modification.
• In the event your product is replaced, it will only be replaced with an identical product.
• Warranty applies to product only, any cost associated with original fitment, removal/replacement or diagnostics is not covered.
• The faulty product must be sent back to LumenLuxe before a warranty replacement item will be dispatched.
• The warranty period commences from the date of original purchase and can not be transferred. Warranty replacements carry the remaining time of the original warranty.
